About

Fintech builders creating the operating system for licensed and registered payment businesses.

Next Payment is built by Hashcode Next Fintech — a Hong Kong team that designs IT systems for MSO-licensed companies, MSB-registered businesses, trusts, family offices, and card programme operators. We build the trust, compliance, and payments layer that lets regulated businesses move money faster through partner-led networks, with AI doing the routine work and humans approving every release.

Overview

Regulated payment businesses spend more time on compliance, reconciliation, and human approvals than on moving money. We build the software layer that closes that gap — turning onboarding, limits, and withdrawal rules into policy that is enforced automatically, while keeping a named human at every release point and a hash-chain audit trail behind every dollar.

What we are

Who we build for

We design IT systems for the businesses closest to regulated money — each with its own workflow, all served through the same operating layer.

  1. 01

    MSO-licensed and MSB-registered businesses

Money Service Operators and Money Services Businesses that need virtual accounts, payouts, FX, and stablecoin-ready settlement, wrapped in policy-gated approvals and a hash-chain audit trail. Where applicable, we help coordinate MSO licensing and MSB registration support through licensed partners, then run the software layer underneath.

  2. 02

    Trusts

Trust companies that need segregated beneficiary accounting, controlled disbursement, and a clear record of where funds move on behalf of each trust structure — with partner-led custody for regulated assets.

  3. 03

    Family offices

Single and multi-family offices that need dollar and local-currency balances, same-name withdrawals, and a branded client app — without standing up their own banking or custody stack.

  4. 04

    Card programme operators

Businesses building card issuing and acquiring programmes. Card issuing is a partner-enabled roadmap module requiring a BIN sponsor, a programme manager, and local approvals in each market — we wire it into the same operating layer once those are in place.

Built with licensed partners

We are not a bank, a custody provider, or a payment network operator. We operate through licensed partners for virtual accounts, payouts, custody, and card networks, and we pursue the registrations relevant to each corridor — corridor by corridor, jurisdiction by jurisdiction.
