The terms that apply when you use Next Payment.

What the Services are, how they are provided, and the boundaries both sides hold ourselves to. These terms cover the website, the console, the API and the MCP endpoint.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between Hashcode Next Fintech Limited (“Next Payment”, “we”, “us”) and the business using the Services (“you”). By using the website, the console, the API or the MCP endpoint you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.

2. What the Services are

Next Payment is a technology provider. We provide software that prepares, prices, checks, routes, records and reconciles payment instructions. We are not a bank, not a custodian, not a card issuer and not a payment network operator. Money movement is processed and settled by an applicable licensed partner, under its own licence and subject to its own requirements.

Nothing on this site is an offer to provide a regulated financial service in any market, and no availability shown on this site is a promise that a particular market, method, currency, recipient or amount is available to you.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be a business, and you must complete onboarding, identity and business verification to our satisfaction and to the applicable partner’s. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, for keeping your credentials and security keys secure, and for what your authorised users do.

4. AI prepares; a person releases

The Services may use automated or AI-assisted processing to prepare work: to draft a payment, to suggest a classification, to screen a recipient, to assemble a quote, and to prepare reconciliation. A named person approves each release, or approves a standing rule under which routine payments are released automatically. No automated process approves or releases funds on its own judgment. Change the recipient, amount, currency, customer rate or charges, and the approval — or the rule — no longer applies, and the payment returns for a fresh review.

5. Quotes and pricing

Where a quote is issued it is specific to the fields it states, is valid only for the period it states or until the terms move, and is subject to the applicable partner. A reference rate shown in our documentation or tools is never executable and never locks a price. The customer rate and our fee are shown as one price at quote time; partner, intermediary, recipient-bank and network charges are shown where they apply.

6. Availability

Availability depends on your entity, the market, the method, the recipient type, the partner’s onboarding and, in some cases, the amount. Where a corridor is not yet priced, it is described by readiness, not by a rate.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to break any law, to evade sanctions or controls, to process the proceeds of crime, to mislead a partner about the purpose of a payment, or to attack, probe, overload or reverse-engineer the Services. We may suspend access where a partner requires it, where the law requires it, or where we reasonably believe the Services are being misused.

8. Our intellectual property

The Services, the site and their content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the documentation and code samples we publish to build against the Services. You may not resell, sublicense or present the Services as your own without a written agreement.

9. Third parties and the partner

Where the Services connect you to a licensed partner or another third party, their terms also apply. We are not responsible for a partner’s decisions, timelines, requirements or refusals.

10. Disclaimers and limits

The site and the Services are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied terms and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss that is not foreseeable, for lost profit or revenue, or for loss caused by a partner, by a third party, or by your own instruction. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Ending these terms

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access as described in section 7, or where we cease to offer a capability. Records the applicable partner or the applicable law requires us to keep are kept.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes may be brought in the courts of Hong Kong.

13. Changes

We publish changes on this page and update the effective date below. Material changes are notified to account holders.
